General Terms

adds77 is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, casino games and live gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between adds77 and its users.

Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account on adds77:

• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may register only one account — creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.
• Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Accounts may not be created in the name of a corporate entity or business.

The member is solely responsible for the security of their account. Any unauthorised access to the account should be reported to our support team immediately.

Age Restrictions

The adds77 platform is operated for persons aged 21 and above only. Any person below this age limit is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

• You will be required to confirm your age at the time of registration.
• adds77 may request valid identification for age verification in cases of suspicion.
• If an account belonging to a minor is found, it will be closed immediately and all funds may be withheld.
• It is your responsibility to prevent any minor from accessing your account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

adds77 supports the major mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. All payment-related rules are set out below:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The correct reference number must be used when depositing; otherwise there may be a delay in processing the payment.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — only methods registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• adds77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for verification-related reasons.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

adds77 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers apply under the following conditions:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳47,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

VIP Cashback Program

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has a specific validity period — the bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings earned using bonus funds.
• Each member may benefit from each promotion only once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• adds77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

adds77 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members.

• All games are operated by certified software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft and Spribe.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is verified by independent testing bodies.

• Abusing the bonus system or gaining unfair advantage through fraud.
• Using automated bots or software to operate games.
• Offensive or inappropriate behaviour toward other members or staff.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain unfair advantage — such issues should be reported to the support team immediately.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Betting or playing on behalf of a third party.
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Limitation of Liability

adds77 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your own negligence.
• Delays caused by disruption to third-party services (payment gateways, telecommunications).
• The need to suspend services due to government restrictions or legal changes.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war or a pandemic.

adds77's total liability will in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the member in that month.

Account Closure & Suspension

adds77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid funds (provided there are no rule violations).

Amendment & Updates to Terms
